How to Request PPE for Your Essential Business


Healthcare/EMS:

If your business is considered Healthcare or EMS all PPE requests BESIDES hand sanitizer must be submitted to the Region 3 Coalition. Please fill out the required form by clicking HERE.

If your essential business is in need of PPE, please follow the process as described below to be placed on the list to receive any available supplies.

The regional health systems need your help to address supply shortages for the COVID-19 response. With the health systems and the regional health departments this coordinated effort is immediately established.

Needed Supplies:

  • N-95 Masks
  • Hand Sanitizer (>60% alcohol)
  • Disinfectant Wipes (>60% alcohol)
  • Powered air-purifying respirators (PAPRs) or comparable devices
  • Surgical gloves or single use disposable gloves
  • Goggles
  • Clear Face Shields
  • Clear Safety Glasses
  • Surgical Gowns
  • M4 Red Top Tubes
  • Dacron Swabs (for sample collection)

Once the Donation Form is completed, the contact will receive details of the door location and process to arrange for donation.

Businesses can drop off materials off to SVSU beginning Monday, March 23rd between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
A designated and secured area for materials is available at the SVSU Ryder Center (please see map here).

**University facilities management prohibits hazardous waste and medical waste.  Please do not leave such materials with your supplies.
